Victoria moved to Louisville, Kentucky, over two decades ago, where she met her husband, Joshua Hoff. In 2016, they settled in Bardstown, which she now considers her heart’s home. Since then, Victoria has become deeply embedded in this charming town’s community.
With more than a decade of experience in the healthcare and business sectors, she has demonstrated exceptional skills in business development, project management, and leadership.
As the Executive Director of NelCare (Nelson County Addiction Response Effort), Victoria actively addresses addiction-related challenges in her community. She and Joshua also co-founded CARE KY (Cultivating Alcohol Responsibility & Education), a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting responsible alcohol consumption and education.
Victoria’s dedication to her community is evident through her roles on the Board of Directors for Bardstown Main Street, as a Bardstown Chamber Ambassador, and as a member of the Young Professionals Network. She is a strong advocate for local small businesses and champions their growth.
An entrepreneur at heart, Victoria and Joshua own WhiskMe Transportation and recently launched a walking tour company called Taste of Bardstown, celebrating the history and flavors of downtown Main Street.
Victoria is passionate about empowering women and fostering connections. Her greatest joy is watching her three beautiful daughters grow into strong, independent women.
